Data Networking

Connecting your people to your IT systems and information is critical for your business. Especially today in the Age of the Knowledge Worker.

What are you doing to connect your employees?
What are you doing to secure your connections?
What are you doing to secure and back-up your data?

Knowledge is the largest asset of your firm.

What Public Companies Need to
Know About Sarbanes-Oxley

The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 ("The Act") was signed into law by President Bush on July 30, 2002, and is the most significant and comprehensive statutory revision to the federal securities laws in over 60 years. The Act has wide ranging ramifications for the conduct of business for all public companies (and private companies about to go public), with some of its provisions becoming effective immediately. Today, public companies must have the ability to store and retrieve most of the emails - past and present (see Enron case for an up-to-date view). This can become an immense - almost impossible - job for an IT department, especially the retrieval.
